Melvin grew up in West Africa, Liberia, and migrated to the United States at 15 years old. Through life circumstances, Melvin developed the inner motivation to overcome and preserve through his failures. His purpose as a world-class speaker and educator is to empower the inner drive of others to take responsibility to recreate the outcome they are seeking out of life.
